Founded and managed by a former partner at a 275 lawyer full-service national law firm, we have represented various Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies, as well as smaller publicly-traded companies, privately-held businesses, and individuals in a variety of issues.
In litigation, we have experience as Lead Counsel in jury and bench trials, appeals, arbitrations, and dispositive motions in state and federal jurisdictions. Mr. Arrastia is also available to serve as an arbitrator, as a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.
We assist clients with regulatory compliance issues arising from federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). In our regulatory practice, we have represented clients in areas such as medical devices, nutritional supplements, foods, cosmetics, and over the counter drugs.
